What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, postcode and information about your project.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a consultation.
- To prepare quotes, designs and carry out work you ask us to do.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
We rely on your consent (given when you submit the form) and, where you go on to become a client, on the steps needed to enter into and perform a contract with you. We never sell your data.
Cookies
This website does not set any cookies and does not use tracking or advertising tools.
Third-party services
Our fonts and code are hosted on our own website. The service-area map loads map images from OpenStreetMap. The postcode checker sends the postcode you type to postcodes.io to find its location, and we don't store it. These services may receive your IP address as part of loading content.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, and project records for as long as required by law, for example for tax and building regulation purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing [email protected]. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
